Access road was in good condition. Brine tanks appeared sound. No accelerated E&S or IW issues were observed. Site was restored with vegetative cover surrounding well and well pad rocked.  (Accompanied with, WQS Supervisor, Ed Ritzer at time of inspection).

| During inspection, DEP met Samson representative, Marvin Bartlett.  Well plug in accordance with 78.92 regulations.  Pressure initial on well was 1250 psi.  Well was removed of pressure and fluids sent to above ground transfer tank.  Marcellus well plugging.  Removed all tubing and jack pump from well.  Ran wire line on the well and confirmed cementing of well.  Top of cement on the 5 ½¿ was 1812 ft.  Surface casing (8 5/8¿) was set at 482 ft which was cemented to surface.  Samson set mechanical plug at 3440ft.  .  Process of setting cement plug of 100 ft on top of plug. (13 sks of class A). Top of cement plug was 3300 ft.  No pit was completed.  Samson using containers for water from well and potable water tanker truck.  At the time of inspection, no E&S issues and no IW discharge issues
