− | | | + | | No Violations |
− | | | + | | On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with an electric powered pumping unit. The motor, drive belts and electric box were intact. The flow lines were connected and the valves were open. Identification was posted on the pumping unit. The stuffing box was starting to leak. I met Jim Samples at the well, where he tightened the stuffing box and turned the unit on to make sure the leak had stopped The production equipment is shared with permits 0389, 0413 and 0390. It consisted of one 100 barrel steel tank and one 30 barrel steel tank. There was not a containment dike around the tanks. Correct, legible identification was posted on the tank, and I found no leaks or spills. |

2003577150 | 2017-09-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with an electric powered pumping unit. |
