| A follow-up inspection revealed non-compliance with ORC 1509.072.  The well owner has done work since the initial inspection.  The horizontal tank near SR 79 and 100 bbl tanks at tank battery location have been removed.  Section of steel plastic still exist and will need to be removed.  The tank battery location will require the removal of gravel; dike graded and vegetation established.  The well location, lease road and turn around locations have not been restored and will require vegetative cover.  Note: Lease road leading to tank battery will no longer be utilized by owner of existing well on property.
