152643755 2012-08-07 I am on site today to witness the running and cementing of the 9 5/8 casing. This job was a 2 stage cement job and there was a 4 hour delay between stage one and two. See cement ticket for more cement information.
-1533035009 2015-03-03 My inspection revealed that the well is in operation. The well has a tree and is being produced through a line heater and separators with a flare stack. The production tanks are inside a lined dike that appears to be liquid tight. There are solar panels on site so that the well can be operated using telemetry.

1839408517 2012-07-24 I am meeting today with Tim Wilson and Charlie Morgan about casing information for this site. Gulfport wants to set 2000 ft of 13 3/8 casing. Our rules require that they not set thru the Berea without having set a casing string to protect the water wells. The permit was issued before the new rules go into effect. The operator has advised that they will not set thru the Berea with this casing string.

-702311254 2012-08-14 UDI rig # 60 is drilling at 7680 ft which will be close to the kick off point for the Horizontal portion of the well. They are on oil base drilling mud.
902644655 2012-07-11 DNR inspector Mark Moreland and I were on site to check the status of this site. Our inspection revealed that UDI Drilling has some pipe racks and drill pipe already on site and that HAD Drilling has set the conductor casing and the mouse hole. No violations noted at this time. We departed the site and went to permit number 1078 (Gulfport Energy-Clay #1-16).
