Chris Neiset indicated that a portable unit will be used to produce the well, but the well has not been recently produced. The well is not on the State of Ohio database and is not on the list on bonded wells for Neiset. A Notice of Violation was issued on inspection number 1104250365 to add the well to the bond list for Neiset and to post the proper ID sign. In addition, since the well has not been produced in the past year, the operator is ordered to plug or produce the well (1509.12). Discussion with Chris Neiset by phone 12/28/2004 indicated that portable unit would be used to pump the well but due to poor weather and ground conditions it may take some time to get to well.

0392877624 2004-12-16 Production Wells No Violations Checked well at request of landowner Sam Huff. The well is leased to Chris Neiset. The well is the last well south of the large storage tank. There is no pump on the well. Chris Neiset indicated that a portable unit will be used to produce the well, but the well has not been recently produced. The well is not on the State of Ohio database and is not on the list on bonded wells for Neiset. A Notice of Violation was issued on inspection number 1104250365 to add the well to the bond list for Neiset and to post the proper ID sign. In addition, since the well has not been produced in the past year, the operator is ordered to plug or produce the well (1509.12). Discussion with Chris Neiset by phone 12/28/2004 indicated that portable unit would be used to pump the well but due to poor weather and ground conditions it may take some time to get to well.
0716147213 2011-07-19 Production Wells No Violations 8, 6 w/ casing head, 2 tubing on ring, and rods. No pumpjack on site. Operator said well is pumped with a portable unit or rig during months when crops are off. ID posted.
1113229260 2005-04-11 Production Wells No Violations Received phone call from Chris Nieset. He submitted photos and copy of royalty check for production of this well. The well will be produced by portable equipment so there will be no pumpjack on the well. The NOV dated 12/28/04 is terminated.
1531436529 2012-01-09 Production Wells No Violations At the time of my inspection only improper identification was noted. This well is producing into a common tank with four other wells on the lease and well needs identified at tank and at well. Spoke with operator about proper identification.
1951710936 2008-04-14 Production Wells No Violations Received complaint from landowner Joseph Huff that some wells in field are not being produced. There is no pumpjack on this well. Rods and tubing are in place. No access lane noted to this well but it does appear to be capable of production. Chris Nieset said well is pumped with portable unit.
