The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank, 1 50-barrel poly brine tank, Dominion metering run, and separator unit. The  battery and wellhead are enclosed in separate board-on-board fences. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The ID and secondary containment are good. The unit is fitted with carbon canister, low-pressure relief valve, and spark arrestor. Gates are locked. Lease road is in good condition. No problems noted.

| I inspected this well as part of routine inspection. At the time of this inspection, the fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. Tank lids were closed and secure. Load-lines were locked and secure. The chart record was active. Production reports were current. Enclosure gates were locked. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found normal conditions of the extant greenscape.

| I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and tank battery is separate board-on-board enclosures located along an elevated raidgeline, surrounded by woods.  The battery elements are comprised of one 100-barrel steel production tank and one plastic brine tank, and separator unit with associated connections and production appurtenances. The load-lines were plugged, locked and secure. The tank lids were closed and sealed. There was secondary containment which was intact with dry interior and free from signs of spills or leakage. Spark arrestor, low-pressure relief valve, and carbon filter were present and well maintained. ID signage was present and complete. Areas around the wellhead and battery were comprised of woods with a small clearing where yard waste and tree limbs are discarded. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and found no signs of impact or problems.

At the time of this inspection, the fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. Tank lids were closed and secure. Load-lines were locked and secure. The chart record was active. Production reports were current. Enclosure gates were locked. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found normal conditions of the extant greenscape.
1693745178 2017-05-23 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and tank battery is separate board-on-board enclosures located along an elevated raidgeline, surrounded by woods. The battery elements are comprised of one 100-barrel steel production tank and one plastic brine tank, and separator unit with associated connections and production appurtenances. The load-lines were plugged, locked and secure. The tank lids were closed and sealed. There was secondary containment which was intact with dry interior and free from signs of spills or leakage. Spark arrestor, low-pressure relief valve, and carbon filter were present and well maintained. ID signage was present and complete. Areas around the wellhead and battery were comprised of woods with a small clearing where yard waste and tree limbs are discarded. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and found no signs of impact or problems.
1859631075 2013-10-22 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a mechanical plunger lift unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank, 1 50-barrel poly brine tank, Dominion metering run, and separator unit. The battery and wellhead are enclosed in separate board-on-board fences. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The ID and secondary containment are good. The unit is fitted with carbon canister, low-pressure relief valve, and spark arrestor. Gates are locked. Lease road is in good condition. No problems noted.
