| I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 06/10/2010. The unit is producing and production reports are current.  Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and mechanical plunger-lift system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery in separate board-on-board enclosures. The wellhead and surrounding area are  free of signs of leaks or other impacts. The wellhead and battery are located in a residential portion of Gates Mills, on Riverview Rd. in a flat-lying area behind the residence at . Access to the wellhead and battery are via a short, dedicated gravel access road that enters from Riverview Road. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 100-barrel production tank, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and separator unit. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-out is bull-plugged. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. Process safety equipment is present. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. The ID placards at the wellhead and battery are in good condition.

| The producing unit consists of the following elements: A production wellhead and tank battery. The production wellhead consists of a mechanical plunger lift system in a 6' enclosure. There was 300 pounds per square inch (PSI) indicated at the 4 1/2-inch casing at the time of my visit.  The tank battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel (BBL) tank, 50 BBL tank, mechanical separator, and associated piping and appurtenances enclosed in an 8' enclosure. The system is equipped with production safety equipment required by 1509:9-9-05. The loadout lines are locked and the secondary containment is good.  I did not observe any leaks, releases, or problems.

The production wellhead consists of a mechanical plunger lift system in a 6 enclosure. There was 300 pounds per square inch (PSI) indicated at the 4 1/2-inch casing at the time of my visit.  The tank battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel (BBL) tank, 50 BBL tank, mechanical separator, and associated piping and appurtenances enclosed in an 8 enclosure. The system is equipped with production safety equipment required by 1509:9-9-05. The loadout lines are locked and the secondary containment is good.  I did not observe any leaks, releases, or problems.
