| I conducted an inspection on this well.  At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a pumping unit and in production.  The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL tank, one 100 BBL tank and a mechanical separator.  Valves on the separator were open.  The tank battery was diked with legible identification.  The lease access was stable.

| I observed during my inspection of the tank battery location that residual oil and water had been removed from the tank battery and the stone inside the battery was cleaned up.  The separator has been steam cleaned and the absorbent pads around the base of the separator were changed.  I spoke with John Smit from Excalibur Exploration and he informed me that the company will be monitoring the site for the next few days to make sure all of the oil and water has been removed from the diked area of the tank battery.  No other issues were observed.

| I received a call from John Smit from Excalibur Exploration about the siting tube on the mechanical separator which had burst and released approximately 0.5  BBL of oil within the diked tank battery.  The tank battery contained one 210 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and the mechanical separator.  The valves on the separator had been closed and the well had been shut in upon John Smit arriving on site.  The well is equipped with a pumpjack.  The free oil and water was collected from the tank battery using a vac truck and absorbant pads were installed around the separator to collect oil that had been at the base of the separator siting tube.  I arrived on site after the initial cleanup efforts were conducted and observed that residual oil was still visible on the surface of the tank battery and mechanical separator.  John Smit informed me that steam cleaning the mechanical separator and removing any other residual oil or water would be conducted within the 24 to 48 hours.

| My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pumpjack. The annulus is open to a guage and a pressure relief valve. The guage on the annulus reads 0 psi. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the wellhead. The company has recently finished installing the sales line to the tank battery. The well is currently in production. There are two piles of top soil that need to be spread across the location. Once the top soil is spread, seeded, and vegetation is established, preliminary restoration can be passed.
