| Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for production.  Above ground tanks located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition.  The diked area around the tanks contained no fluids.  A second drill pit had been constructed onsite.  The second pit had been properly lined and the contents of the first drill pit had been moved to the second pit.  Second pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard.  Phone conversation with Penneco confirmed that this was so that the first pit may be relined and reused when drilling the McCrady 5H well.  All access road and site erosion controls were functioning properly and there was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimenation in relation to either the access road or well-site.
