| Conducted an inspection of the RU 57 Gaylord well pad.  ID sign is in place and lists the Gaylord 3H (115-21050) and Gaylord 6H (115-20966).  The Gaylord 6H (115-20966) was not drilled and the permit expired on 8/20/2013.  A new Gaylord 6H (115-21660) permit was issued on 2/24/2014 and it replaces permit number 115-20966).  The ID sign should be updated to reflect the change.  The rock construction entrance is in place and appears to be functioning as designed.  The Gaylord 3H has been drilled and is currently in production on the pad.  No evidence of any spills or releases were observed.  E&S controls are in place and functioning.  Growth in vegetated areas of the pad is more than adequate except where more recent earth disturbance activity has taken place.
