There were no Rockdale representatives on location at time of inspection. Well had one analog pressure gauge attached above the swab valve. The pressure gauge attached above the swab valve read approximately 250 psi at time of inspection. There were three annulus vents plumbed to surface. Unable to determine the origin point of each individual annulus vent due to the cellar being full of dirt. Based off other wells of similar design, the 5 1/2" x 9 5/8" (2" pipe) annulus had 6% methane detected at time of inspection. The other 2 vents, 1 1/2" and 1", had 0% combustible gas detected at time of inspection. No violations noted at time of inspection.
2841007 Primary Facility 2019-02-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection conducted to assess overall site conditions. Site was snow-covered at the time of inspection. Three wells are staged for production. Well tags on well heads say SWEPI instead of Rockdale. The Department recommends replacing the well tags. One produced water tank is present within steel containment with plastic lining. There is heavy corrosion in one area of the produced water tank. The produced water tank does not have a permanent label. The Department recommends replacing the label on the produced water tank. Two GPUs are present and in good condition.
