Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2034455 Primary Facility 2012-01-09 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection completed at the request of the Operator to determine if setback requirerments in 205(a) and 205 (b) are met. I located the well stake approx 300yds off road and checked the area. I found no setback limitations based on the current lat & long location and stake placement. Proper E&S controls will be critical as Cussewago Creek is directly down slope approx 300 ft.
