This well was plugged in 2009 for Elida City Schools. At the time of the inspection the location was covered by an asphalt parking area on the north side of the recently built Elida High School. Final Restoration is passed.
1246460400 2009-07-01 Orphan No Violations On site to prepare I&O reports. The well was uncovered during the construction of a new school building. Took 3 photos. The well has 7 inch casing at what is now ground level affter removing top soil for building pad. No oil or gas at this time. Will mark the well with field tile and continue with excavation.
