0069804573 | 2017-05-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to follow up on compliance notice #1884518374 issued to well #6--DOGRM. The well was equipped with straight line pump jack. The tank battery consisted of three (3) steel tanks. The tubing head annular port was open to atmosphere and leaking water. The quantity was not sufficient enough to collect a sample. The ground surface adjacent to the well head did not demonstrate impacts from production fluid. An earthen dike that was worn and free of fluid was present around the tanks. The battery was stable with mature vegetation. The tanks remained in good repair. I did not observe any holes or leaks. The load out valves were closed and plugged. The hatch lids were closed. No additional violations were observed during this inspection. |
1272913889 | 2019-01-17 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to follow-up on compliance notice #69804573. RBDMS indicated the Owner reported zero production in 2017. The location remained stable. No identification was present. No audible or visual leaks were observed. The tank battery consisted of three (3) stock tanks. The tanks remained in good repair. I did not observe any holes or leaks. Load out valves were closed and plugged. The hatch lids were closed. I spoke with Shawn Watson on 01/25/2019 regarding the identification and well head condition. Mr. Watson reported posting identification at the well and stated he would revisit the location to replace it. He continued that he was working to finance plug and abandonment on the well. |
1601889103 | 2015-03-31 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was onsite to conduct a status check with Inspector Kevin Perry. The wellhead has been converted from a shackle line run pumpjack to a gas engine pumpjack, but the gas engine is missing and the shackles have been removed. The well consists of 6.25 casing, 2.375 tubing, and rods. No identification was posted. Well not capable of production. |
1884518374 | 2003-12-26 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank and one 60 bbl storage tank. No dike. The well is west of the clinton well in the barnyard. |
