0037373359 | 2018-08-09 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On site inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Tom Thomas and Eclipse company representatives Rocky King -Bruce Carpenter and Ken Durst. H&P Drilling rig 608 on location and rigging up on the said well in anticipation of spudding the 17.5 diameter well bore. The total depth proposed is 1,550 for this section and 13.375 diameter casing will be set as the surface casing string. We reviewed the simultaneous operation pan regarding a producing well on location. The rig has a 134 fall radius established and the producing well has a cage erected over it along with concrete barriers around it. Muster areas are designated on the well pad with self contained breathing apparatuses at the muster points. Fire extinguishers are present at critical points across the location along with emergency shut down devices to control the producing well. The well pad perimeter berm is of earthen material and the perimeter drains are in the closed position. The company has indicated that any surface water will be recovered during the drilling and completion process. |
1397675118 | 2019-01-28 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On site inspection found the well drilling and completion process now complete and the well bore total depth drilled and 5.5 diameter casing set to 26,255. Proceeding the last stage stimulated kill plugs were set inside the 5.5 diameter casing to isolate the well bore at depths of 10,170 and 10,260. The company is monitoring the well bore A&B well section pressures daily with zero pressure reported on either annular pressure. A snubbing unit style workover rig owned by Deep Well Services is on location and rigged up on the # 2-H well on the pad. The unit is drilling out the completion plugs on the #2-H well and will complete all 3 wells recently drilled before moving off location. |
1532354824 | 2018-07-23 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | The said well was spudded on 07/20/2018 by Precision Rat Hole Services with 120 of 24 diameter conductor being set and cemented on 07/21/2018 . A 16 diameter mousehole was also set inside the cellar. |

1748740848 | 2018-08-09 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On this day, I accompanied ODNR Inspector William Stolarik. Please reference his comments for a detailed report. We met with Eclipse representatives Bruce Carpenter, Rocky King, and Kenny Durst to review the layout of the pad and the SIMOPS procedure, due to an existing producing well on the pad (permit number 2-4766). The H&P FlexRig 608 rig is currently rigging up and preparing to spud the 17.5 inch diameter surface borehole within the next 24 hours. |
