My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence with the proper identification. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence with slats, a dike, and contained one, 50 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road and tank battery was shared by 2-3481. There are no violations at this time.

1708157668 2015-02-24 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consisted of a 50 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a mechanical separator. A dike surrounded the tank battery. Identification signs were posted at the well and tank battery. There was a plug on the load line. Locked, chain link fences with slats surrounded the well and tank battery. The lease road was part of the paved parking lot for the church. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
