0473590888 | 2013-02-05 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. It was surrounded by a locked chain link fence. A domestic gas line came off the well. The tank battery was surrounded by a locked chain link fence and the proper dike. It contained one, 100 barrel production, one, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The separator had a 7 day production chart. There was a plug on the load line. The lease road was in good condition. The production records were up to date in our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
