0473590888 2013-02-05 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. It was surrounded by a locked chain link fence. A domestic gas line came off the well. The tank battery was surrounded by a locked chain link fence and the proper dike. It contained one, 100 barrel production, one, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The separator had a 7 day production chart. There was a plug on the load line. The lease road was in good condition. The production records were up to date in our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.

1447342729 2015-11-10 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production in production. The well is in stable condition. A domestic gas line comes off of the wells 4.5 casing. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a mechanical separator. A dike surrounds the tank battery. Identification signs are posted at the well and tank battery. A plug is installed on the load line. Locked, chain link fence surrounds the well and tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition with a locked gate at the entrance. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
