Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0227677720 2015-08-12 Orphan No Violations This follow-up inspection was conducted on 08-12-15. I met with Mr. Dustin at his request to answer question regrading the plugging operation.
1. The area that will be disturbed during this plugging operation will encompass a good portion of his front yard and possibly a portion of the neighbors yard. I gave Mr. Dustin a blank copy of the ROE form for him to complete and return to our office.
2. Since the well is so close to the residence I indicated that steps will be taken to protect the structure during the plugging operation.
3. I also clarified that any landscape that was damaged or removed would be replaced with similar stock.
