Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0150096037 2016-05-18 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production. The production valves are open. The tank battery consists of eight 400 barrel tanks set in a plastic lined steel containment system. Antero personnel Zac Cornish and Josh Horn are on location. I am accompanied by a number of division staff.
1029440970 2017-03-10 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. The production equipment consisted of three gas production units, eight 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current.
1047619650 2014-02-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The rig is tripping in the hole to finish drilling the 8.5 section. The current depth is 11998.
1100381575 2014-11-05 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped with tubing and is produced by open flow through a choke. The tank battery is comprised of eight 400 barrel tanks located in a steel framed and plastic lined containment. The well site meets preliminary restoration requirements.
1636691065 2017-12-27 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. Pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of eight 400 barrel tanks within steel line containment, three gas production units, one vapor recovery tower, two compressors, one vent scrubber, and two combustors. The identification was located at the wellhead.
1873647808 2014-02-18 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection finds the company ran 16809 of 5.5 P-110 casing. The casing was installed with 83 casing centralizers. Allied Oil and Gas Services cemented the casing in place with 1667 sks of type H cement.
1946356655 2018-11-26 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing equipped with a plunger lift system. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing had 240 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter casing had 720 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, as well as 8- 400-barrel steel production fluid tanks, and 2 combustors that were shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks, and the Gas Processing Units. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. There was a midstream valve site near located to the south of the pad. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.
