0009879351 2002-06-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations While on site to pick up surface cement ticket on 06/03/02, noted that the pit liners on the back pit were torn or ripped in several places and requested that drilling contractor (Capstar) install liners properly and redirect blow line to prevent cutting through the liner. This inspection was to confirm that the requested action had been taken, which it had. Also took the opportunity to meet with Dave Mansbery (Duck Creek) and Brad Nelson (BoCor) regarding their plans for developing this field.
0014479591 2002-07-22 Production Wells No Violations Status check on recently drilled well. Pits have been closed and the site has been rough graded. Additional work necessary to pass preliminary restoration.
