0306887802 | 2018-02-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #22795. RBDMS indicated the owner was current with reported production. Access to the well was stable and drivable. The well was located inside a locked chain-link fence enclosure topped with barbed wire. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A stable earthen dike that was snow covered was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) 70 bbl brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day production chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. |
1453468310 | 2018-02-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2795. RBDMS indicated the owner was current with reported production. Access to the well and tank battery was snow covered and passable. Correct identification was posted at the well head. The well was enclosed by a locked chain-link fence enclosure with a barbed wire top. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A snow covered earthen dike was present around the production equipment. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was shared with 2-0692. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) 50 bbl steel brine tank. The horizontal separator remained in good repair and contained a current production chart. Correct identification for 2-0693 and 2-0692 was present on the doors. A domestic supply connection was present. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. The inlet valve was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
1827973230 | 2009-05-27 | Production Wells | No Violations | Both the wellhead and the tank battery were GPSd for the first time. I walked around the tank battery and the wellhead and found no violations. |
