Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0000PL1817 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0152662458 2014-06-23 Production Wells No Violations Witnessed clean-up efforts in progress. Weekend rain events had filled the containment dike with water. Oily fluid has been cleaned up. Discussed new tank battery location with Mr. Bobby Kroll, Mr. Mike Vucsick and landowner Mr. Keith Snider.
0249746566 2015-03-24 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is still not in production. I spoke with Mr. Mike Vuksic of Kroll Energy LLC and inquired about the well. Mr. Vuksik stated that a service rig is scheduled to be brought in to work on the well in April. I will re-inspect the well in April to verify Mr. Vuksics information.
0477572110 2014-06-30 Administrative Inspection No Violations Spoke with Mike Vuksic of Kroll Energy at 11:02 a.m. via telephone call to discuss the status of the clean up at this wells tank battery. Mr. Vuksic stated that a new 100 bbl production tank is now on location and the old tanks will be removed tomorrow. A new tank battery location will be set up tomorrow and is expected to be finished by Wednesday 7/2/2014. The old tank battery location will be reclaimed as necessary.
0858642063 2015-10-06 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection it was observed that this well is now capable of production, but is still shut in. Legible and correct ID information is now posted at the well head. The compliance notice issued on 4/25/2013 for failure to legibly identify well can be closed.
1178606911 2015-05-06 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that the well has been reworked recently. There is a new 4.5 well head in place and 1.5 tubing and rods have been run into the well. Timbers are stacked beside the well which are to be used for installation of a pumping unit. No flow lines are connected to the well yet, but Mr. Mike Vuksik of Kroll Energy stated that they plan on having the well producing by June. New ID information is now posted at the well head and tank battery.
1366828441 2013-04-24 Production Wells Violations Noted Well is equipped for production with a rabbit catcher. Production valve is open. The tank battery consists of 3 100 barrel tanks, two separators, and a gas sale meter. Only one separator is in use and the meter run is non-functional. There is no identification on the well. I spoke with Mr. David Pottmeyer on the phone and told him about what I had observed. He stated that he hadnt been to those wells in 2 years, but his partner has. He said he would talk to him and come up with something. Identification needs to be posted on the well since the tank battery is shared with 2 other wells.
1404337276 2014-07-02 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that all contaminated soil has been removed from the location, the old tanks have been removed, and the tank battery has been rebuilt in the same location. The tank battery was built up approximately 2 higher, and a competent dike has been built up around the new 100 barrel production tank. This well head consists of a 2rabbit catcher and is currently shut in. A service rig will be brought in this summer to put the well back into production. Identification information will be posted at the well within the next week. Accompanied on this inspection by Mr. Mike Vuksic from Kroll Energy.
1698733218 2014-06-26 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that all of the free product oil had been removed from the low spot in the tank battery. I spoke with Mike Vuksic of Kroll Energy via telephone call and he stated that they are planning on removing the old tanks and relocating the tank battery to higher ground. A new 100 bbl tank will be used. Mr. Vuksic stated that this work should be done next week.
1738521429 2014-06-18 Production Wells No Violations Inspector LJ Parkins was performing a compliance follow up on this well when he noticed that the tank battery had fluid in it. The fluid on top was oily. He called and asked for my assistance. I called Mr. Bobby Kroll and notified him of the issue and he headed that way. When he arrived we went over the clean-up plan. He stated that he had planned on replacing the two 100 barrel tanks anyway so clean-up and some modifications will be performed on the dike.
2011260094 2014-06-18 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that this well consists of a rabbit catcher on the 2 production tubing and is currently shut in. The tank battery consists of (2) 100 bbl. production tanks and a mechanical separator. The bottom weld on both of the 100 bbl. tanks have corroded and allowed oil and parrafin to leak out into the containment dike. Some oil escaped the containment dike and puddled up beside the lease road, but made it no further than that. Inspector Andy Thomas called Bobby Kroll and Mike Vuksic of Kroll Energy, and they showed up promptly with oil absorbent pads to absorb the free oil. A track hoe was used to dam off the low spot in the containment dike to block any more fluid from escaping, and a water truck was brought in to pump down the fluid in the dike. Mike Vuksic will be on location tomorrow to finish cleanup and spread lime and peat moss on the tank pad to encourage bioremediation. The old tanks will be removed from the site by next week and a new 100 bbl. tank will be brought in. A new dike will also be constructed to meet SPCC requirements for containment volume.
