The access road gate was equipped with a lock, but the gate was unlocked at the time of inspection. The #5H well is in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. There was no standing water inside of the dike at the time of inspection. The pad is surrounded by a fence and all man doors were locked.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 8 - 400 bbl production tanks, five labelled as containing condensate, and three labelled as containing produced water 1 low-pressure vertical separator located outside of the dike 6 Producing wells 6 Sand separators 6 Gas Processing Units 1 Heat Treater 1 Vapor Recovery Unit |
0702520275 | 2015-11-30 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

The surface/intermediate annular gauge displayed a reading of zero psi, and the intermediate/production gauge displayed 390 psi. I performed a walk-around inspection of the production pad and observed no erosional issues. No violations were observed at the well or production pad at the time of inspection. |
