2683740 Primary Facility 2018-01-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the SWN Production Co Broughton Location located in Morris Twp., Tioga Co. on 1/11/2018 @ 1500 hours. SWN representative Tracy Gregory, Tom Chitwood Jr. and Seth Trathen were present during the inspection.

The Broughton Location is a well pad acquired from Chesapeake Appalachia LLC. The pad is full sized. SWN representatives stated due to safety concerns they will not reducing the pad size for restoration purposes. The 5H well (117-21141) was drilled in 2011 and stimulated between April and August of 2017. The 3H well (117-21797) was Spud 12/7/2015, but according to a previous inspection report, was not drilled to total depth. Two new permits were issued December of 2017, the 7H (117-21947), and the 8H (117-21948).

ESCGP-2 ESG29-117-17-0036 was issued 10/10/2017 to upgrade the existing PCSM BMPs. A bioretention basin has been constructed in the NE fill slope of the pad. The area appears stabilized, but it's not yet growing vegetation.
