Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1080934272 2004-04-02 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well location had been cleaned, good dike around tank (so good holding rainwater almost half way up), forest reseed mix has not been put down yet but know Frank and Forestry have talked about what he needs to put down. Weather has not permitted the reseeding but all else looks OK
1351081543 2004-03-05 Production Wells Violations Noted Inspection this day found big mess. Well operated by Frank Haught, no Forest ground, Frank not a registered Operator. Supplying gas to house/hunting cabin. Well with jack being produced - is pumped into a 55-gallon drum sitting on a small hill, then flows downhill into 2 ponds. Appears oil and water both go into pits. 2 tanks there but wonder if being used. No IDs. When pits fill up, they run over and down the hill into Forest. Will send a violation. Contacted owner on 3-8-04, says he will get it cleaned up. I told him it needed done in next 2 weeks. Forest Service had sent him a letter in 1995 telling him to get it cleaned up, post IDs, bury electric line, etc.
