1371526661 2018-12-02 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection at 14:45 hours to witness the conductor casing cement job that was called out for 15:00 hours. Upon arrival it was observed that Precision Drilling had (2) auger rigs on location and had drilled both the Craig Miller A 4-H and the Pittman 2-H conductor boreholes to a measured depth of 120 from ground level elevation. The conductor boreholes were 30 in diameter and the rigs inserted 24 diameter .375 wall casing into the well bores. The well bores did have surface water in them to elevation. C&J Cement Service arrived on location at 17:30 hours and commenced to cementing the casing using a 56 barrel cement mx consisting of 305 sacks of class A cement. The cement weight was verified by weight of scale at 15.6 pound per gallon. The cement yield was 1.2 with 50% cement excess ran and the cement displaced to 110 with 57 barrels of fresh water. 15 barrels of cement returns were witnessed to surface.
