1124884799 2017-03-23 Production Wells Violations Noted The well is equipped with a pump jack, rods and tubing and is in production. ID is posted at the tanks. The flowline near this well has leaked and sprayed oil over the brush and ground around the location. Gary Nethers was contacted and said he would be up Monday to clean the oil up and repair the line. The spilled oil is contained and the wells are not currently pumping. No oil was leaking during inspection. Complete cleanup of spilled oil and repair the flowline by 3/31/17.
1135068921 2013-04-04 Production Wells No Violations Oil is all over the ground around the well. Gary Nethers advised that a line broke over the winter causing oil to spray out while the well was pumping. The leak has been repaired and the well was not leaking during inspection. Gary was advised to clean up the spill and he agreed to do so. The location will be monitored for compliance. Incorrect ID posted at tank battery, sign still indicates previous operator.
