1191492758 2017-10-27 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a plunger lift system. The lines were connected and the Demco valve on the tubing was open. The ball valve on the flow line off of the tubing was closed and the gauge showed 160 pounds. Rob Hunter met me at the site after my inspection of the wellhead and he claimed that they manually opened the well every couple of days. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel steel tank, one 30 barrel steel tank and one vertical separator in a shallow earthen dike. Rob Hunter fixed a small gas leak in a line off of the separator and Frank Riggle opened the well to sell gas. The chart showed gas production. Correct, legible identification was posted at the wellhead and on the tank, which is shared with permits 3196, 3295 and 3207.
