Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0227915365 2017-04-25 Production Wells No Violations The well pad is named NBL 18 and it consists of 5 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consists of a line heater, vertical separator, five sand traps, five gas production units, eight 500 barrel tanks within containment, and one combustor. Identification was located near the wellhead, the production records were current, and there were no violations present.
0277319173 2013-06-08 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Redstone drilling ran casing to a depth of 313. Calfrac circulated 629 sks of class a cement. There were no cement returns to surface. Weatherford will bond log the well to find cement top.
0417719886 2013-05-30 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds Enviro-spud has drilled to a depth of 249. The rig is currently broke down.
0912656021 2013-07-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness the cementing of the first stage of the 9.625 casing. Calfrac circulated 978 sks of 15.5# cement into place.
0997704215 2014-11-06 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection today finds the site meets the preliminary restoration requirements. The tank battery is comprised of eight 500 barrel tanks set in a metal dike with a plastic liner. Four 500 barrel temporary tanks are set on site in a plastic liner. A liquids pump system is set up at the back of the production site along with a large compressor. Vegetation has been established around the site.
1102375915 2013-07-01 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling rig (Savanna 640) is making up their bottom hole assembly and preparing to drill the 17.5 section of the well.
1239415253 2013-07-08 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The drilling rig is currently hooking up equipment to pressure test the 13.375 casing string.
1272997038 2013-07-22 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the rig crew is running 7150 of 9.625 casing.
1370167318 2013-06-01 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling contractor Eviro-spud is ran 309 of 20 casing. Calfrac cemented the casing in place with class A cement. 20 bbl of cement returns to surface.
1374776608 2013-07-17 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling rig has shut down due to the top drive being broken. Current depth is 5088.
1375297606 2013-07-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I received a call from CNX stating that they had a diesel spill on location. Upon my arrival the spill was 95% cleaned. The estimated total of the spill was 56 gallons with 50 gallons being held on the primary containment. All material off of containment that was impacted was hauled off to a disposal facility.
1417801255 2013-07-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness the second stage cementing of the 9.625 casing The stage tool is set at 4262. Calfrac circulated 882 sks of 13.8# cement into place. I witnessed 30 bbl of cement returns to surface.
1596835850 2014-11-06 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection today finds the site meets the preliminary restoration requirements. The tank battery is comprised of eight 500 barrel tanks set in a metal dike with a plastic liner. Four 500 barrel temporary tanks are set on site in a plastic liner. A liquids pump system is set up at the back of the production site along with a large compressor. Vegetation has been established around the site.
1665470305 2013-07-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the operator is drilling the 12.25 section of the well at a depth of 2433
1677847623 2017-02-23 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Gauges present read 415 pounds per square inch on the casing and 240 pounds per square inch on the tubing. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consists of a line heater, vertical separator, five sand traps, five gas production units, and eight 500 barrel tanks within containment. Identification was present and production records were current.
