0366532868 2013-09-25 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today found the well to be equipped with a pump jack. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of two 100 BBL production tanks and two mechanical separator. There is a 210 BBL tank sitting outside the tank battery in the lease road. I will contact the company about having the tank removed. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery and lease road is being shared by permit number 2-0462.
0872744197 2009-12-07 Production Wells No Violations Identification sign needs correct, permit number is 34-055-2-0909-00-00 not 34-055-2-0902-00-00. Please correct identification sign on the tank battery. The pump jack needs its own identification tag on it with correct information. Any time a well is produced into a tank battery with another well, the wellheads need individual signs. Broad Street has been contacted to correct there wellhead identification. Debris needs cleaned out of the tank battery. Vegetation needs removed. Belt guards should be installed on the pump jacks. Please contact our office with an updated phone number, current number on file is no longer working. If you have any questions please contact me at (330) 283-3204.
