Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0205909628 2018-12-19 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed cement level had remained at approximately 32 feet from ground level, Absolute cementing arrived on location with 10 yards of 9 sack grout. Absolute then poured approximately 8 yards of 9 sack grout into the annulus of the 30-inch diameter conductor pipe with good cement to surface.
1439480367 2019-01-17 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Falcon Rig 26 had drilled the 17.5-inch diameter hole to a depth of 1535 feet. Wyoming Casing crew ran 1524 feet of J55 Buttress thread casing at 61 pounds per foot with 4.4 feet of casing above Kelly Bushing, which is 13 feet above ground level. C&J Energy Services was on site and rigged up their cement head and loaded lines with 5 barrels of fresh water and pressure tested to 2000 pounds per square inch. C&J Energy Services established circulation with 50 barrels of fresh water then pumped a 35-barrel gel spacer, washed up with 5 barrels of fresh water and then pumped 322 barrels 1482 sacks of Class A cement at 15.6 pounds per gallon with a yield of 1.22 cubic feet per sack, mixed with 5.32 gallons of water per sack. Cement was displaced with 225 barrels of fresh water, plug was bumped at 700 pounds per square inch and pressured up to 1200 pounds per square inch floats did not hold increased pressure to 1200 pounds and shut in the well. There was 50 barrels of good cement to surface. I informed Ascent Resources Company man Donnie Duran that the casing must remain static until cement reaches a compressive strength of 500 pounds per square inch.
1545087206 2018-12-17 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Drilling had drilled a 36-inch diameter hole to the depth of 99 feet. Precision Drilling then ran 101 feet of 30-inch 118.65 pound per foot welded seam Conductor Casing. C&J Energy Services was on location rigged up their cement lines and performed a 500 pound per square inch pressure test, gained circulation with 5 barrels of fresh water and cemented pipe with 67 barrels, 315 sacks of class A cement with 1.5% Calcium Chloride and .25 pound per sack of poly flake with a weight of 15.6 pounds per gallon and a yield of 1.19 cubic foot per sack. Cement weight was verified by mud scales, Cement was displaced to 94 feet with 78 barrels of fresh water. Mix water was tested revealing 35 parts per million chlorides, with a PH of 6.0 and 60.8 degrees. There were no cement returns to surface, cement level was at approximately at 38 feet with approximately .5- 1 barrel of water on top of cement. Ascent Company man Doug Bennett informed me that they intend to top off the cement on the conductors using 9 sack grout on 12/17/2018.
1549566285 2019-02-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that there were 5 existing wells on the pad. The wells were all equipped with 13.375-inch diameter casing and the A section of the well head. At the time of my inspection all the cellars were holding water. Vegetation had not been re-established around the pad and there were no annular pressures to monitor. There was proper signage at the entrance to the lease road and the well had proper identification.
1792674439 2019-05-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Akita 802 was currently drilling the 12.25-inch diameter deep intermediate section of the well bore at 6,860 feet with an estimated total depth of 7,500 feet. After speaking with Ascent company man John Wilson, he believed that they would reach the total depth of well on 5/17/2019 and would be cementing the 9.625-inch diameter casing later that evening. I performed an inspection of the location and rig and did not witness any issues that needed addressed.
