Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2311225 Primary Facility 2014-10-06 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted
2313560 Primary Facility 2014-10-08 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted FALCON 24 DRILLING AT 313'. BASKET WAS SET AT 259'.
2334707 Primary Facility 2015-01-07 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted
2700177 Primary Facility 2018-03-02 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted
2703052 Primary Facility 2018-03-06 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Sidewinder 62 was being rigged up. The conductor for the well had previously been set and plugged with pea gravel. It was decided that the spud date would be the day that they started removing the pea gravel from the conductor.

Some of the stone remains in the pipe and will have to be removed by the rig. Sound walls are up around 3/4 of the pad. Only the front side is open. Emergency Response sign and permit sign are both posted at the entrance to the pad.

2707861 Primary Facility 2018-03-21 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted
2709648 Primary Facility 2018-03-26 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted
2712795 Primary Facility 2018-03-22 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Sidewinder 62 has skid over to well. A complaint was received concerning some things from the pad. One was about the noise level from the pad. The other was about the light angles. Company man was made aware of both. The lights were going to be adjusted. In terms of the noise, not much more could be done since there were already sound walls up between the drilling and the area where the requestor lives. 3/4 of the pad had sound walls up.
2712800 Primary Facility 2018-03-27 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Sidewinder 62 was drilling 8 3/4" hole.
