| During this inspection, Chevron Regulatory Compliance Personnel and WQS Marc Maestra present. Well ID sign, ES plan onsite. Well tag present. Site gated and locked. Well drilled not yet in production. Access road and entrance adequately rocked. Soil pile seeded/mulched. Slopes secured with erosion blankets exhibiting growth. BMPs installed according to plan.no accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted. Although red staining near soil pile and near toe slope of pad is observed-again this was attributed to decomposition of mulch/ tress used during pad construction. While on site all parties noted that soil near sediment trap appears discolored with a ¿red/black¿ hue and the liquid contents of sediment trap appear dark in nature as well- it is also observed  that large quantity of leaves present in trap. Operator  plans to investigate/sample discoloration of both the soil and liquid fraction from near sed trap.  10-20-11: Bases on site inspection and review of operator results it does not appear discoloration is due to spill or release.

Noted that sediment trap located behind well site appears full--left Chevron Rep Curtis Small message regarding possible cleanout of sediment trap. As with last inspection, waters contained in sediment trap appear "black"- samples taken no anomalies found; therefore, discoloration believed to be result of decomposition of materials.  No violations noted during this inspection.

|  spud 5/27/11. sign present, ¿PMG RABY UNIT LEASE.¿ Unable to clearly located 2H permit number on sign or ES plan. Recommend that operator ¿clearly¿ identify well site with multiple permit numbers for each horizontal well being drilled as well as update ES plan to include each well. Temporary containment pad being installed. Rig onsite Appears temporary BMPs are installed&functioning according to plan. Observed sediment trap appeared full, recommend operator continue to monitor & maintain as necessary. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted, but did observed some (red) discoloration of soil* located behind job trailers and along soil pile; no active discharge or release of fluids observed during this inspection. Due to recent heavy rains and mulch onsite, a follow inspection will be conducted next week to further investigate/monitor/sample area of discoloration if observations illustrate a necessity to do so. No violations noted during this inspection.

2004426 2011-09-13 No Violations Noted During this inspection, Chevron Regulatory Compliance Personnel and WQS Marc Maestra present. While on site all parties noted that soil near sediment trap appears discolored with a ﾿red/black﾿ hue and the liquid contents of sediment trap appear dark in nature as well- it is also observed that large quantity of leaves present in trap. Operator plans to investigate/sample discoloration of both the soil and liquid fraction from near sed trap. 10-20-11: Bases on site inspection and review of operator results it does not appear discoloration is due to spill or release.
2016194 2011-11-01 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW discharge issues at the site. Site sign and E&S plan present. Well marker not present. Spud called on 10/31/11. Called Chevron to request well marker placed prior to drilling activity.
2020137 2011-11-17 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well ID sign and Es plan present. Share access road stable. Rig onsite actively drilling top hole on 3h, 2h and 1H previously drilled yet not in production. Secondary containment installed beneath rig as well as tanks. Tanks located onsite appear structurally sound. Bmp's installed and functioning according to ES plan. Presviously disturbed areas appear to be seeded and muclhed with observed growth. Operator shall continue to monitor and maintain all bmp's until final/permanent restoration is achieved.

2020357 2011-11-17 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW discharge issues at the site. Site sign and E&S plan present. Well head located in secure fence.

Recommend that operator ﾿clearly﾿ identify well site with multiple permit numbers for each horizontal well being drilled as well as update ES plan to include each well.
