According to Mr. Allen, current drilling depth was at 8432' in the Marcellus formation. TD for this well is proposed to be approximately 10,100'. According to the Company Man, they were drilling 6-1/4 hole and will be setting 4-1/2 production casing once completed.

E/S controls were in place and appeared to be working.

During the site inspection, I observed three tears in the pit liner near the top of the reserve pit. The fluid in the reserve pit wasslightly above the 2﾿ freeboard level from the lowest tear. It was recommended to the Company Man to have the tears in the liner patched, or remove some of the fluid from the pit to prevent a possible spill. At the time of inspection, it was indicated that liner issue would be addressed. A follow up inspection will be completed


1819269 2009-08-06 No Violations Noted SWJ Rig 15 was on site. Drilling depth was reported to be at 9868. At the time of inspection, the contractor was cleaning the hole and preparing to run 4-1/2﾿ production casing. All E/S controls appeared to be in place and working sufficiently.

A follow up inspection of the pit liner indicated that the tears observed during the previous inspection performed on 7/31/09, have been repaired. The liner appeared to be in good condition. Freeboard was approximately 4﾿. No violations or outstanding issues were observed at the time of this inspection.
