| A water-brine interface mechanical integrity test was performed on the well.  Calculations indicated a net pressure change of less than 0.05 psi./hour, between the well and the reference.  The well passed the test.

| This inspection was for the five year Water-Brine Interface mechanical integrity test on the 9-5/8" production casing. The reference well for this test was the production tubing in this well. On 12/10, a MIT was attempted on this well. However, on the next to last reading, the meter on the reference well started to fail. Even though the pressure differentials up to that point indicated that the well was passing the test, the decision was made to replace the meters and start the test over on 12/11. On 12/11 the initial pressure difference between the casing and the tubing was 468.063 psi. The final pressure difference was 468.180 psi, a change of 0.117 psi over eight hours for an average of 0.015 psi/hour. The allowable average is 0.05 psi/hour. The well PASSED the test.
