| I was on location for a status check.  I found the well in production with a plunger lift unit.  A domestic gas line came off of the 4.5" casing.  The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator.  There was a dike around the production equipment.  A plug was installed on the load line.  I noticed approximately 2 gallons of oil floating on a pool of water around the production tank.  There was no identification sign.  The lease road was in good condition.  I called Petrox and spoke with field supervisor Jim Stanley.  Jim stated the oil was from a previous production tank that had a small leak and thought all of the oil was cleaned up.  I instructed Jim to:
