| An inspection of this well revealed rods and tubing remain in the wellbore,  but pumping unit has been disconnected.  The valves were observed to be open on both casing and pumping tee side of well.    The casing side of well contained 1" yellow plastic, which transitions into 3/4" black plastic then 1/2" black plastic.  While facing the well, the line was routed to the right in the field to burn pile location.  The 200 bbl horizontal saltwater tank near well location was approx 2/3 full.  A valve on bottom of 200bbl vertical tank (on top of hill at tank battery) was open.  The fluid level was approx 1'.  No activity or personnel at location.
