| At 11:34 am, I received a call from Mr. Frank Paniccia, the landowner and alleged well owner, stating that his employee Mr. Randy Ayers had scheduled an appointment with an "oil guy" to reopen the wells.  Mr. Paniccia further stated that he told Randy not to mess around and get the locations cleaned up.

| A follow-up inspection was conducted to verify the status of multiple wells located on this property, which had been referenced within a West Region enforcement case file.  During the inspection, it was noted that the well was idle.  The well contained a pumping unit with a motor, rods, tubing, and no attached production line.  The tank battery consisted of (1) 100 bbl with an identification stating Hoyt-Parrill & Co. and Permit Nos. 4607, 4608, 4609 and 4610 and an approx 150 bbl horizontal saltwater tank at full fluid capacity.  A GPS reading was obtained and recorded for the well.  Note: The enforcement case file for wells located on this property date back to the mid-1990's.  This case will be discussed with Division Management.
