| Well is still shut in and under owner Noramco. Previous inspector Cindy VanDyke stated the landowner owns the wells on this property and was going to get wells in their name. The well is leaking gas from the 4.5" casing head. There are no tanks to be found for this well. I will try and contact the landowner to see if they are still interested in well ownership.

| My inspection this day was to try and determine owner of this well.  I stopped at the old Allen farm and renter in the house said that Phil Allen of Zanesville, son of Mr. Allen (Desd), was owner of all three wells - they are getting house gas from the well closest to the house (1799).  I called Phil Allen and he said there was a mix-up, that this well was incorrectly put on Mr. Kuntz's bond and had to be changed recently, but that the family owned all 3 wells.  I told him this well was not in their name and should be straightened out to show correct ownership.  He said they had been saving them for house gas but would be interested in letting a operator produce them.  I informed him how to get this well in his name.  I did not get to well this day, Mr. Allen says the well has pressure and will work to get situation straightened out.
