| Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is capable of production and is currently producing. All valves are open, and production is showing on the chart. I spoke with Larrey Martin's Well Tender Brad Pritchett, and he stated that this well had been shut in for a few weeks to allow for line repair and compressor upgrades, but is now back in line. No gas leaks were detected upon inspection. Legible and correct identification information was posted at the tank battery. This satisfies the requirements of the compliance notice.

The 1" plastic line supplying the landowner with house gas had a small leak. All producing leases shall be legibly identified in a conspicuous place on or near the well-head or the storage tank as to owner, lease name, well number, permit number where available, county, and an emergency telephone number. The cracked house gas line shall be repaired or replaced immediately.
