| I inspected this well and found one pump jack unit with electric motor on the wellhead. I saw no piping for annular disposal on the casing.  The wellhead area was nicely maintained and secured with chain link fencing and a locked gate. The pressure on the tubing was 115 psi. and the pressure on the casing was 70 psi. The tank battery contained two 210 bbl. steel oil storage tanks, one 100 bbl. steel brine tank and two vertical oil and gas seperators. One of the vertical seperators has a regulator on it and the other seperator is not currently hooked up. The proper identification signage was in place on the tanks.  The dike area of the tank battery was in good shape and the interior area was well maintained and there was no visible signs of leakage from the tanks and piping. The tank battery was secured with chain link fencing and a locked gate.
