| I received a call from EPA at 1:30 P.M. of a active oil spill in swine creek . I traveled to spill site to find Kurt Kollar with EPA and workers from Petrox discussing clean-up procedures . Inspection showed a leak in flow line on creek bank with small quantity of oil along creek bank . I walked approx. 100' down stream where there were small areas of oil collecting at bends in creek . I discussed clean-up of oil in creek  with Kurt Kollar . I left site and traveled down steam checking bridge crossing for signs of oil collecting in creek . Approx 2 mile down stream at route 534 there was no sign oil had traveled that far .      I spoke with Mark Depue on 8-18-2010 at 8:30 A.M. He advised me crew had cleaned up small areas of oil in creek , their continuing to seach for more oil today . He estimated from history of production of well approx. 2 bbl of oil had leaked from flowline into creek , He also advised me they had mowed flowline right-of-way one week earlier and seen no sign of leak at that time .

| I was on location for a status check.  During my inspection, I found the well in production.  The well is equipped with a pumpjack.  The tank battery consists of a 210 barrel production tank, a 100 barrel brine tank and a vertical, mechanical separator.  A dike surrounds the tank battery.  An identification sign is posted.  The lease road is in stable condition.
