Called Tom Tomastik (no answer), Mike Kavage who advised to tell them to shut well down. Called Millard and told him to shut down, then Tom called back and said they didn't have to but had to have pressure down to continue to operator. According to secretary at Carper, had been down waiting on pump parts for several days - they had finally come and were now pumping to get caught up - this was not usual. Anyway, since they did not have to shut down, did not wait for Millard to come out - late Friday afternoon. Will recheck Monday to see progress. | ||||

Triad plans to clean out the storage tanks, then remove all equipment from inside the dike area, clean out and re-lay the plastic liner and cover it with gravel. They will then place the tanks back inside the dike, adding a 100 bbl tank for oil/condensate. They will rework the sump pump and collection hole to make it work, will move the pumphouse building off to the side and pour concrete, then replace the building back on top of the concrete. I told John he needed to put these plans in writing and submit to Tom Tomastik. J & L will be doing most of the construction and BBU will be cleaning the tanks. Triad is anxious to begin. | ||||
