| A follow-up inspection revealed that the engine has now been replaced with a motor.  The electric does not appear to be connected to this well.  Also, the belts have not been installed.  A run ticket from 7/3/2007 was provided for the Sater #1 and #2 wells (common tank battery).  The last year of commercial production for this well was 1997.  An attempt to contact Mr. Michael Tucker by telephone was not successful.  Mr. Dale Tucker states that the engine work has been completed on the Sater well.  He states that he will have Michael Tucker return my call.  An interview will be conducted with the landowner to see if house gas is now being received from these wells.

| A follow-up inspection conducted on 1/4/2007 revealed that the well is still idle. The owner, Mr. Michael Tucker, stated that both the Sater #1 and #2 wells have bad pumps.  Mr. Tucker also stated that the landowner, at one time was receiving house gas from these wells.  An interview conducted with the landowner, on 1/4/2007 confirmed that no house gas is being received.  The landowner stated that they are utilizing propane to heat their house.  The gas line from the well to the house has been cut.  Also, noted was that a 110bbl tank contained a hole near the top of the tank, the electrical box was lying on the ground and a power line, in the pasture, was low.  Identification has been provided for both Sater#1 and Sater #2 wells.  This case will be handed over to management.

| Spoke with Chris Schmelzer in person and asked if he was interested in placing the well in Temporary Inactive Status.  He stated he would "blow the gas in the air" before he did that indicating that he was not interested in that.  At 4: 57 PM, we spoke again via cell phone and he stated that he placed identification on the well and had been pumping it.

| A complaint was received alleging contamination/pollution and culvert washing out into field.  An inspection revealed that the culvert was a roadside culvert installed by the Township and not oil and gas related.  The alleged contamination/pollution was found to be iron scales.  Met with the landowner and explained the difference between oil and iron scale sheen.  The complainant was also informed that the culvert was not oil and gas related.  No violations were noted.
