| Spoke with Chris Schmelzer in person and asked if he was interested in placing the well in Temporary Inactive Status.  He stated he would "blow the gas in the air" before he did that indicating that he was not interested in that.  At 4: 57 PM, we spoke again via cell phone and he stated that he placed identification on the well and had been pumping it.

-56386721 2006-08-09 An inspection revealed that the well is idle. Production records show 1987 as the last year of production. Mr. Michael Tucker states that both Sater wells need new pumps. New identification will also be needed.
-740400579 2007-07-17 A follow-up inspection revealed that the 100 bbl tank has been replaced. The previous tank contained large hole at top of tank. The engine for P#2873 is being reparied by Ohio Pump and Supply according to Mr. Michael Tucker. He states that the electric motor from P#2954 will be placed on this well. The engine will be placed on the P#2954. A new gas line is being ran to residential dwelling. Mr. Michael Tucker provided a run ticket from Ohio Oil Gathering Corporation showing commerical production from the Sater #1 & Sater #2 wells (common tank battery) on 7/3/2007. Records indicate that the last year of production was 1999.
801820434 2012-09-19 Spoke with Chris Schmelzer in person and asked if he was interested in placing the well in Temporary Inactive Status. He stated he would blow the gas in the air before he did that indicating that he was not interested in that. At 4: 57 PM, we spoke again via cell phone and he stated that he placed identification on the well and had been pumping it.
827619213 2009-04-28 A complaint was received alleging contamination/pollution and culvert washing out into field. An inspection revealed that the culvert was a roadside culvert installed by the Township and not oil and gas related. The alleged contamination/pollution was found to be iron scales. Met with the landowner and explained the difference between oil and iron scale sheen. The complainant was also informed that the culvert was not oil and gas related. No violations were noted.
909967625 2007-08-27 A follow-up inspection revealed that an electric motor has been placed on this well. The electric to this well did not appear to be connected. An interview with the landowner, confirmed that gas line is not being received from either of the Sater wells. Identification was observed at the well and tank battery (common tank battery). Mr. Michael Tucker, the well owner, has not returned any phone calls.
975620194 2012-08-27 Identification is out of date on this well. Well is equipped for production but has not produced anything since 2009. Current identification needs to be placed on tank battery or well head, and well needs to be placed in production, or plugged.
