| My inspection today finds the well operator Antero, has after four days of fishing for the joint of 18.625" pipe that was lost in the hole, decided to plug the well.  The total depth reached on the well was 327'.  The rig has run 315' of 2.375" tubing in the well.  Allied Oil and Gas pumped 45 bbl of cement.  The rig crew pulled 4 joints of tubing.  Allied the pumped 70 bbl of cement slurry.  The rig crew pulled 4 more joints of tubing.  The last plug was 45 bbl of cement, this brought the cement to surface.  I instructed the company man James, to cut the conductor off 30" below ground level and put a steel plate on top of the well with the permit number on it.  I also asked him to put a cover over the cellar.
