| The well is in production. I contacted Mike Schreiner and told him that he needs to post the required ID, install the fencing around the well and the fencing around tank battery before the wells go into production. He said that he would contact Southway Fence to finish installing the fence and that he would post the required ID.

| I inspected this well on 12/9/2014. The well is located in a residential setting. There is graveled access road to the tank battery and well head. The well is produced utilizing an electrified pump jack. The pump jack was fenced, but not secured with a lock. The required signage on the pump jack fence was missing. Operational conditions surrounding the well head were typical of a pumping operation. The tank battery was fenced and locked. The required signage was missing from the tank battery. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrels oil tank, 25 barrel steel brine tank and a 2408 horizontal mechanical separator. DOM / EOG has a gas measurement meter within the tank battery. Locks and / or plugs were absent from the liquid load lines. There is an unsecured dump line standing in the air, as if a tank had been removed. Last reported production was for the year 2013. The Operator shall : 1.) post the required signage ( Urban rules ),  2.) place locks on all load lines and gates, 3.) remove the unused dump line and any unnecessary equipment lying around. These compliance measures shall be completed and approved by the DOGRM Inspector by 1/15/2015
