| The producing unit consists of a wellhead and mechanical plunger-lift unit and an aboveground storage tank (AST) battery with one steel 210-barrel production tank, one steel 140-barrel brine tank, mechanical separator in separate board-on-board enclosures. The unit ID is present, and tank spacing and meets requirements. The loadouts are locked. The battery secondary containment is good.  No evidence of leaks or problems.

| I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead is located behind the referenced house on Ravenna Road.  The wellhead and battery are located in a gravel drive and parking area behind the house.  The well is comprised of a mechanical plunger-lift system which had been enclosed but the sides of the board-on-board enclosure have fallen down.  Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure. The battery is comprised of one 210-barrel steel production tank and one 100-barrel brine tank and separator unit in a separate board-on-board enclosure. Fittings are secure. Load-outs are locked. The containment dike is intact and dry. I walked the areas outside of the wellhead and battery including areas down gradient topographically and did not observe any signs of impact or drainage problems associated with the unit. The access road is unpaved by well drained and passable.
