| There is no identification sign at the wellhead.  According to 1501:9-9-05(A)10/1509:23 the well identification sign shall include owner's name, county, township, well name and number, permit number for the well, and emergency contact number. The wellhead consists of a swedge fitting on top of surface casing from 5-1/2 inch to 2-inch with production tubing rising out of the 2-inch fitting. There is no tank battery associated with this well.  I met Joe Krake, current owner of the Foster #1 (API 3414520276) and #2 .  He wasn't sure if the ownership/assignment of the two Foster wells had occurred when he purchased the wells.  According to 1501:NONEH he failed to notify MRM of assignment or transfer of this well. This well shall be transferred to current owner/operator.  I explained that he needs to check his deed first to see if the transfer occurred.  I left him ODNR exempt owner paperwork to submit to Oil and Gas Division just in case he needed to transfer the wells changing the ownership of the wells to him.
