| I was onsite to witness the cementing of the Berea Sandstone plug. The well was holeshot with nitroglycerin and we pumped 180 sacks at 15.6ppg to fill the void. The cement will set and we will tage it to then top off the plug.

| Contractors called on the status they were running 2.375''upset tubing to 1250'with a mud anchor. They had Cemenco run in with 180 sacks of class A cement and then trip tubing all out. Good circulation. Will tag tomorrow.

| I was on location with ODNR inspector Pat Shreve to try and determine what is in the hole and what will need done to properly plug this well when the permit to plug and abandon is used and a plugging rigs comes on location. We determined that there is likely casing on hangers with packing in the hole, likely being 2' and 3' inside. It was also agreed upon that a full cement plug would need to be cemented in this well to properly plug the well. Information from offset wells was also collected at this time to try and determine what could possibly in the well when it comes time to plug. Each one of the 10 wells on the property could have different downhole properties and each well will need to be addressed separately.

| I was on location to see if any work has been done on this well that has been excavated out so that access to the well can be had. Currently lines from the well are running to a 1000L holding tank in case the wells produce any fluid. No changes to the wells have been completed at this time.
