| FOLLOW UP TO NOV #  -557080312 My inspection this day due to complaint by landowner's son-in-law, Dave Eigel, that the wells are not commercial and he wants them plugged.  Annual production was last reported in 2009 and 6 bbl was reported.  The old well is equipped with a scissor pump jack and is being pumped by a central power unit.  No identification was found.  Old 70 bbl tank has very little dike, a 55 gal drum separator sitting on top of the tank with a water line into the creek.  There is no indication the well is producing.  The well needs plugged, put in production or TI filed for it and identification posted.  2/8/12 - Talked to Brian Morris and he will have identification  up this weekend, production submitted for 2010 also.  He says wells are above economic limits.

| Well is equipped with a shackle line pumping unit.  It is rusted due to inactivity.  There is no identification on the well.  The polish rod is shiny due to recent pumping.  Off of the production tee, there is an elbow, a nipple, another elbow then black plastic line.  It is broken several feet away from the well.  A new pictures were taken.  There were no production records submitted for the years 2010 or 2011.  Records submitted for 2012 stated 0 production.  I will contact well owner about this.

| Upon inspection, it was observed that no effort has been made to bring this well into compliance. The well  has a "scissor jack" pumping unit tied into a shackle line system and a central power unit. Trees are down in several areas on top of the shackle lines, rendering the central power unit ineffective for pumping the well. I will contact Big M Petroleum and inquire about plans to plug and abandon the well.
